Fishing on a Warm Summer Evening
With
ample space - walking, running, biking, rollarblading, kite flying,
fishing, boating, swimming, and cross country skiing are just
a few recreational sports you can enjoy at Lake Aero Estates.
Lake
Aero Estates Stables
- Some of our homeowners have taken advantage of owning a horse
at Lake Aero Estates. This picture of TJ and Bubbles was taken
in November 1999.
The
Kankakee River flows through the LaSalle Wildlife Area on its
way to the Illinois River. It is one of the Midwest's most scenic
rivers. This slow moving river is good for fishing, canoeing,
and kayaking.
A
public hunting and fishing area is located just north of Lake
Aero Estates, LaSalle State Fish and Wildlife Area. This public
hunting and fishing area is managed primarily for the production
and harvest of game species. Current hunting and trapping information
can be found at Indiana
Division of Fish & Wildlife.
Indiana
has it's share of cultural events, amongst them - Valparaiso,
home of Orville Redenbacher's "Popcorn Festival," various
covered bridge festivals, and "The Feast of the Hunter's
Moon" in scenic West Lafayette held in October. With close
proximity to the Chicagoland Area, Lake Aero Estates homeowners
are a short drive from world famous Adler Planetarium, Chicago
Museum of Science and Industry, Art Institute of Chicago, and
a multitude of Chicago playhouses, theaters, and restaurants.
